Advanced Division

On a 10 Minute Clock For Time:

21-15-9 Power Snatch (95/65 lbs.)

9-7-5 Bar Muscle-Up

 

EVENT 20.2

Elite & Advanced Divisions

From minutes 10 to 13, Establish a 1RM Snatch

 

Make sure you submit your scores before the deadline! Submissions for Week 1’s events are due by Monday, October 26th.
