With over 60 pages of detailed content and 70+ video tutorials, this program is a step-by-step guide to mastering ring muscle-ups.

It takes 30-40 minutes one or two days per week and you’ll need hanging gymnastics rings, parallettes, hanging rope, horizontal bar, dumbbells and a GHD machine (optional).

The program is broken down into five parts:

  • Part 1: Strength Development

    The first step in mastering a ring muscle-up is building the strength needed to perform one — your machine needs a motor before it can do anything.

  • Part 2: Skill Development

    After building the strength — we work on developing the skill of pulling yourself around the rings, focusing on performing a strict muscle-up.

  • Part 3: Hanging and Swinging Skills

    Once you get the strict muscle-up down, we work on the skills that lead to a kipping ring muscle-up (it’s getting hot in here).

  • Part 4: Advanced Techniques

    Next, you will learn how to be more effective in competitive fitness workouts that call for ring muscle-ups and start to truly master the movement.

  • Part 5: Develop Elite Capacity

    Finally, Part 5 is a program for you to develop elite-level capacity to sustain a high volume of muscle-up repetitions and set yourself apart as a top fitness athlete in ring work.
