This week I interviewed the host of ABC’s TV show Extreme Weight Loss Chris Powell. I met Chris a little over a year ago and have been inspired by him in so many ways. We come from similar backgrounds having struggled with substance abuse and addiction. His story of crawling out of his own rock bottom and going on to change millions of lives is absolutely incredible.
This week I interviewed a good friend and former coach of mine Dusty Hyland. He needs no introduction. Plain and simple he is one of the very best, and it shows in his athlete’s performances.
This one was a fun one for me. Tommy is a guy that I look up to in every sense. He is passionate about his his career, he works his ass off in the gym, and he is a damned good human being.
This week I interviewed Pat “Manimal” Barber. I’m not sure exactly where he got that nickname, maybe because he’s so hairy. Anyway, I had a lot of fun with this one. Pat is one of the OG Crossfit Games Competitors. He has competed for several years as an individual and the last two years on NorCal Crossfit team.
From dancing at the games in 2014 to placing top 15 in 2015, Brooke Ence has been turning heads and making moves in becoming the very best person she can be both physically and mentally. In this show we touch on what kind of habits she has developed/been developing in order to continually make progress and ultimately reach her dreams of becoming a podium finisher.
