He’s made a name for himself as the go-to strength coach when it comes to physical preparation for Baseball athletes in the US. In this episode we’ll be getting into Eric’s early coaching career as a Grad Assistant at UCONN, as well as his early struggle with an eating disorder and exercise addiction.
