This program is for competitive teens*, ages 13-17, who don’t want to be babied. We’ll train you for the sport of fitness like an adult. Tougher workouts. Higher expectations. Lots of skilled movements like snatches, muscle ups, and handstand pushups. All decided for you by a team of elite coaches. Stay laser focused for 60-90 minutes a day and your big moment on the podium will come—as will the mad-props.

Teen Program Overview: What is it?


  • Comprehensive Training Program

    Training program created by world-class coaches, delivered via app, ensuring anytime access to workouts and explainer videos.

  • Exclusive Gymnastics Program

    Our exclusive gymnastics program is a 1-20 level system that you’ll progress through at your own pace. If you complete level 20 you’ll be in the .1% in gymnastics in the entire sport of fitness — which would make you a freakin’ legend.

  • Endurance Workouts

    Individual paces for all endurance workouts designed by Chris Hinshaw, who’s coached over 30 individual Games athletes.

  • Percentage Based Weightlifting

    Percentage based weightlifting and strength building designed by Matt Bruce, a 7x World Team weightlifter for the USA.

  • Metcons and EMOMs

    Metcons and EMOMs, anywhere between 3-8 per week depending on time of the season.

  • Brute Teen Programming

    Built by experts in every realm of fitness: gymnastics, endurance, strength, and functional fitness. This will be six days of training per week and will take you around 90 minutes a day.

  • Exclusive Gymnastics Program

    Created by the “gymnastics doctor,” Dr. Nick Sorrel, this is a 1-20 level system that you’ll progress through at your own pace. We dare you to try reaching level 20.

  • Individual Paces for Endurance Training

    Our endurance portion of this program was created by the legend himself: Chris Hinshaw. Chris has coached over 30 individual Games athletes and he’s basically the king of endurance.

  • Percentage Based Weightlifting
