You are what you do. We get patients coming to us in pain all the time. Many of those patients have symptoms very similar to each other in that it hurts when they squat or it hurts when they deadlift for example. What we find is that typically patients who come in with pain who also have plenty of flexibility and mobility are dealing with strength imbalances. Often times these strength imbalances are a result of the sports the patient has played or plays, or the type of job the patient works. Either way, understanding those imbalances can be a critical part of someone’s recovery. In this video Dr. Jeremy dives into some of the common imbalances we see in our office.
